Do you feel like this might be one of those performances you remember when you think back on the tour?
Yeah, I am probably going to remember the rain.
There is something epic about performing through a storm.
It is pretty epic. I felt like that during “From Finner,” because it is a song about the sea, like a whale and people traveling on its back. It was the perfect scenery for that because everyone was dressed like they were a shipmen and shipwomen. It was pretty cool.
And Billboard, who captured a “day in the life” with the band, noted:
Though it was exceptionally rainy, the dense mud and heavy winds weren’t enough to keep members Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir, Ragnar Þórhallsson, Brynjar Leifsson, Arnar Rósenkranz Hilmarsson and Kristján Páll Kristjánsson from inciting a dance party in the middle of the messy island.
