Dan Croll: New Music!, Bullett Mag, SXSW, NYC and moreApril 6, 2013
Dan Croll talked to Bullett while at SXSW about what he’s wearing, his plans for the summer and having no regrets.
Speaking of SXSW, it’s been a wild rocket ride for Dan who became one of the most talked about artists at the music-festivus.
While Dan jokes that “his new EP From Nowhere is the same price as the crappy pizza slices sold on the street” (Zimbio) the critics rave, writing things like “his glorious, upbeat, From Nowhere EP has helped me through these winter months dreaming of summer” (My Life In Sound), and “Fun, electro, a little bit of pop, a little bit of folk, and alot of fun. Croll and band (all pretty easy on the eyes) should get you in the primaveral spirit to dance and make merry” (Tear N Tan Files). She Blogs About Music hammers it home, writing “I’m fully on board. I’ve signed on the dotted line. I’m an official fan. He has such a cool ease to his sounds without sparing any creativity, rhythm, beats or crunch. I am totally sold. Dan & band have some serious talent, that’s for sure.”
