10 Really Cool Things that are “Made In America”June 30, 2013
Any holiday that involves BBQs, parades and watching fireworks is pretty cool. Which is why we love July 4th aka the 4th of July aka Independence Day. Whatever you choose to call it, it’s a holiday to kick back, pump up the jams and reflect on all the great things that we hold near and dear. Here are a few of the things we’re awfully glad were Made in America.
10: Twinkies. Making a comeback this summer!
9: Mac & Cheese. Invented by none other than Thomas Jefferson!
8: Frye Boots and Stetson Hats. Gitcher country on!
7: A dolla make me holla Honey Boo Boo!
6: Road Trip! Best if embarked upon with an American-made Harley, Airstream or Ford. Lollapalooza or bust!
5: Jazz and Hip Hop. Beats, rhymes, life. #NOLA
4: Cheerwine! More reasons to love NC. #AvettBros
3: The Louisville Slugger. Batter up! (We see you Nelly)
2: Gibson guitars (and a sharp dressed man)
And the #1 thing we LOVE that is “Made In America??”
